Was so excited when Mike came to pick up the trash that a resident has been constantly throwing over the fence. It was so pretty again.. Then to have to watch him (resident) again throwing garbage over the fence, and just that quickly a racoon came and torn the bags. up. We all know the office staff, and maintenance are constantly doing all they can to give us a clean property, wish those residents would do their part.

I have been personally harassed by the book keeper of the SUGAR MILL WEST property. She has made many attempts of having me put out of my apartment and even lied in a court hearing. I have had multiple maintenance forms filled out for my window leak, flooring that has been lifting, and my handle for toiletry which has ALL been ignored. I am very displeased and feel like there is a personal vendetta against me. This property (boardwalk apartments) has really gone down since I moved in 7 years ago! There is constant property manager changes, constant turnover of maintenance techs, the security gates are always broken (which we are paying for so-called security) and the type of people management is letting in is deplorable. They are renting to low class people who can barely afford groceries, much less this high rent and they wonder why the place is going to shambles and the professional people are moving out. I moved in February 2021. At that time I only had a set of keys to the front door. I was told once I saw this key didn’t work for all doors it would be fixed. 6 months later I’m still waiting on a key to my outside closet. I have put in a work order online, email many time, called a number of times and spoke face to face with Austin the manager at my office nothing still haven’t been done.

You need to tell the fuses that are in apartments to only blow out Monday thru Friday from 9 to 5 pm and explain how living in a unit without a/c is in the hottest part of summer is acceptable with repairs happening the next day!

I just moved into Apt 117 at Premises II. I was moved into an uninhabitable apt. The apt flooded on the first day, the dishwasher and stove have not been in working condition since the first day, there were hanging, unattached lighting fixtures, and I currently do not have AC. Maintenance has come 3 times but has only fixed the light fixture. He said he doesnt know how to fix the dishwasher and someone else needs to come out. The ambiance when I first arrived looks beautiful but the maintenance of the apartment is awful. Lots of cockroaches, bugs and ticks on carpet, aircon leak, very old and stained countertops and sink. Very much disappointed. I know the apartment is old but if they maintained it and inspect and changed the carpet or wood or countertops, etc when it’s already needed then it would be more livable.
