I am a teacher of 35 years and moved here from Texas 2 years ago and rented my first apartment ever at Pelican Bay. I was very excited and extremely generous and friendly with the management. I have been living nearly a year. Since then i have spent multiple months waiting on appliances to be fixed as this part or this technician needs to come in ect. All thats understandable. BUT. Not shortly after the fix the washer starts leaking. Bybthe time mutiple other problems caused me to put in a work order for all of it. Why does your website advertise apartments as available now, when they aren’t available for months? Available now, does not mean in two months! Why is it necessary for agents to ask for information before revealing whether there are any apartments available, you end up answering all the questions just to find out there aren’t any apartments available even though your website stating AVAILABLE NOW! Your website has blatant lies posted!

Customer service needs to be better. Staff should be trained on how to communicate with residents about things that’s going on in the building.

I am resident of Bella Ridge since 2015. Over the years, we had different property managers, but I have never had anyone speak to me in such a disrespectful tone than today, and her name was Charity. I was already told i couldn't receive any type of credit on my rent due to so called waivers that implies the renters are to cover all malfunctions in the apartment EVEN WHEN THE RENTER IS NOT AT FAULT FOR THE PROBLEM!!! I'll never recommend LOCN to anybody for renting an apartment. I will be sure to get the word out about the lack of communication the office has with the renter while a problem is getting worked on in the apartment(while the renter is at work) and the delay in time after a initial complaint is made!

I would not recommend Bella Ridge North to anyone looking for a safe place to live. The office and management staff are rude and they do not care for one's safety nor one's general concerns. My car got vandalized/broken into overnight, and the office's response was “We are not here to make you feel safe”. After my incident, the cops have been called in for more car break in incidents, and we also found out that some of our neighbors had also experienced the same incident.
