No one was at the office during their posted office hours when I was supposed to drop off my keys and final check when moving out. I was also forced into a second lease even though I had contacted my office months in advance with a request for a shorter term or month to month options. This has been a terrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to live at a 1st lake property because of this.

There’s no way to make an after hour complaint about the loud music the past few days by new tenants at 5825.

What is your policy about the sheriff’s office entering a complex. using the gate code? Is it for emergency reasons only?

Emergency services, including the Sheriff’s office, require immediate access to communities with access gates, and those agencies are given codes to enter the gates when needed.
every time I submit a work order it never shows up as having been submitted
