My rental location was the Lakes of Chateau @ 3652 S Loyola Drive Apt 206 Kenner, La 70065. I moved out on May 28, 2021 after 3 years of rental use. I allocated two(2) days to clean the apartment effortlessly. I am a single person, no children very little entertaining, and no incidental or mishaps. Have been here less than 3 months. I have reported the same leak in the bathroom ceiling 3 times and the black mold growing in the bathroom twice. I have been told that the leak is from the rain and the roof needs repair. It rained for 4 days and no leak, 3 days of no rain and it leaks, Now the black mold is growing and I am told it’s just mildew. Maintenance doesn’t want to work and the property doesn’t care about upkeep. The only upkeep the property cares about is getting their rent money.
I recently applied to one of your properties. I applied to Regency Club of Baton Rouge May 24, 2021. I came to the property on June 3, 2021. On this date, I submitted the money order for deposit and requested to view the unit. Due to the late timing and rain, I was unable to view the unit. There were no golf carts available to go unto the property and the increasing rain was a deterrent as well. On May 26, 2021, I discovered that I had a big rat in my apartment hiding within my stove. The next morning after notifying management, they sent Terence. a maintenance worker to put down traps. After talking with me and calming me down. He decided to take one last look and he found the rat and removed it from my apartment. He went above and beyond to help a very scared woman. I live at Severn Point Apartments in Metairie.
I've resided at Fox Run Apartments for almost 4 years now. I've sent numerous emails to your corporate office and neve received a call to resolve the issues as requested. I've been paying rent and being inconvenience and uncomfortable in my own home because repairs have been delayed. I cannot use my bedroom due to repairs are still being done. This is unsatisfactory. The worst apartment experience I have encountered in the last two years. There is a bee infestation in my apartment due to bees coming out of my ac vents and no one picks up the “24 hour emergency on call hotline”. I called almost every property and no one answered the phone. I Will NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. I have had problems living here since the pandemic and I have been a resident for 5 years. I live at windmill south creek. Everytime it rains my sun room is soaked with water. They have several leaks in the sliding and window. I have complain twice with the response "we are waiting on construction. This concern me with mold. This is poor managment and bad for our health. I am so tired of putting my towels down ans cleaning up after it rains.
