My experience is wonderful, clean property except for people leaving trash by the mailboxes. Also very quiet and the office is always knowledgeable and helpful July makes my year . Thanks Elizabeth and Sydney..

Kathy and Leslie are good manager's, they listen and work with you to make your stay comfortable. The maintenance people do a fantastic job keeping the area clean and safe and when I put in a work order it gets done. Yes the apartment can use a few few upgrades however it's livable. That's how things work around here today. Thanks for asking.

Nate is a quality employee. He has displayed patience, professionalism, and is consistently compliant with covid regulations. I feel confident in his ability to get matinance work done in a way that prioritizes the safety of my experience as a resident. Nate has been here for a few months, but there has been a water issue in my building for over a year and it finally looks to be resolved. I'm at 5802 building on cedar creek road. The office is very responsive and so are the maintenance men - they are a great crew! I really enjoyed using the pools each summer - the gentleman tending the pool is excellent and does a great job keeping it clean. The space in 2 BR 2 BA is very nice and both bathrooms worked well. While kitchen space is small the hallway closet provided good pantry space. notes: 1.
