This morning I was pleasantly surprised to get my ceiling hatch above my tub secured fixed in my bathroom The employee is new maintenance man and he is very efficient and professional. He did a great job! The Hatch to the air conditioning hatch above the tub looks better than it did before it even collapse. He is a good asset to your organization and deserves to be even so he prays for his excellent work!

Arbor Gates is a great complex to live in. Quiet, clean and excellent maintenance staff. Especially, Leo, in the a/c tech / maint. department. He does a wonderful job at keeping the pool looking great and goes above and beyond in customer service. 5 out of 5!

The grounds keep is very clean when I need something fixed the maintenance men they only take 15 minutes to get it fixed if it’s major everyone works there is so nice and helpful
