I love the area but management hasn't been good.

On 05.28.21,Friday morning, at 3401 Edenborn Ave, # 111 Metairie, LA Mr. Anthony, maintenance employee provided courteous, exemplary maintenance work for my apartment. Mr. Anthony removed the old refrigerator and installed the new refrigerator this morning. I am very appreciative of Mr. Anthony's outstanding, courteous maintenance work in my apartment of this date. On 05.14.21 at the Premises II apts on 3401 Edenborn Ave Metairie, LA my apt # 111, Messrs. Anthony and Brett provided courteous, wonderful maintenance service to my apt. Mr. Anthony worked on the refrigerator and Mr. Brett worked on the a/c. I am hopeful First Lake Property will recognize Messrs. I love it here it’s Beautiful landscaping Beautiful if something is broken it gets fixed the next hour very quiet no problems very clean
