Where is the online parking information to each complex? There is no pictures, no fact sheet, no nothing about parking? Please update your website to include specific parking information along with pictures. This is a huge factor in making a decision in where to live.

I currently live in elmwood at Citrus creek east with my dog and wife. My wife is pregnant and our apartment sit at 80-85 degrees daily. I have called the office of our apartment several times. I’ve had the maintenance works come out to service and look at potential problems. All I have been getting are short cuts and getting told “to close some of the vents.” I pay a fair amount of money to live peacefully with my little family and can’t even get cold a/c. We have been waiting over a month for our A/C to be fixed on the 3rd floor. Temperature gets up to 79 degrees in our bedroom and it is miserable. Each time I call, we get the story that "someone will check it" but no one actually fixes it...they just come and "check it". Brittany in the office says that it is normal to have a 79 degree bedroom in the summer, which is ridiculous. Very poor customer service.
Wont fix anything , want to charge you for everything wether you are responsible or not only interested in rent nothing more . fox run is not a a good place to live
