I am having issues connecting 8x8 with salesforce. If someone could assist me with also connecting my cellphone to 8x8 and salesforce, that would be very helpful.
The concept of the application is great, however my team has experienced excessive issues with dropped calls, information not logging, lost sms messages, and more. The level of service and support we have received from representatives has been hit or miss. Some staff have been excellent, detailed, and efficient, while others have just led us down a rabbit hole to no avail.
I dont like the fact that i have to call myself first.
I click at lead call icon, it pulls up the phone and tags it to the wrong lead. when I try to select the right lead I only have one option (the wrong lead) to choose from. No good. Can I fix this on my end?
This phone system is great, it never lets me down, besides it's portable and can keep in touch with my customers from my mobile. Would defiantly recommend.
