Yes, so when I am using it with Salesforce it keeps saying I have a limit of 5. Not sure what it's referring to but it's very difficult to fix.
I know this is not the place to vent this, but I just contacted 8X8 to sign-up for their service. last month i was searching for a VOIP service, i looked at all of them including 8X8; I ended-up signing up with Ring Central because years earlier i used their fax service and had no issues. Call feature is not working, whenever i am dialing my contact number and dial it, it will show Ringing but i have not received any call.
My company has been using this service for over 1 year and we are doing everythiing we can to get rid of it. IT DOESN'T WORK !!!! The web conference freezes all the time. You can't even make a phone call. How does this company have any customers ? BEWARE.

It often pulls up the wrong phone number for the wrong account when a call comes in or shows up as "unknown caller" and we aren't able to add comments to it. Is there any way to improve that?
My calls are not logging correctly at all. I made 12 dials and Salesforce is showing 2
Says I'm on phone call in dashboard when i'm not. Can't close it out.
My call numbers are never consistent and stay on Call 2 the entire day. Sometimes it will go up to Call 3 and then back to Call 2.
