    Have issues with 8x8 not logging/tracking important calls in my Salesforce, asked for someone to help and still haven't heard anything back.

    This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, I would not recommend this carrier for your phone service.

    Need a computer to use the phone. Contacts must be manually keyed into the phone, no ability to upload. So you need a computer to look up your contact phone numbers.

    Service just stopped. Tech support was unable to figure out what was going on. It looks like their was a billing issue. No email or phone call to communicate that to me - just shut off services.

    The interphase with Salesforce is not good and what is with not being able to open the app in multiple windows, common, what kind of backyard baseball app are y'all running here?

    Both the Desktop App and the Salesforce App have been nightmares to integrate and work with on a daily basis. The Desktop is slow, unresponsive and often crashes or freezes on incoming calls. The controls are clunky and the overall performance seems like a first generation app design. Even the message notifications are counter intuitive, you have to randomly open the contacts page to find out where the message came from.There should at least be a dedicated button for the chat feature.     Signed up for 8X8’s service at the end of the month and was give all kinds of discounts as a promo. Purchased the service and one of their phones and was told I would receive a call from support dept to start my set up in 24-48 hours. The sales rep said she would get started on porting over my existing number. I signed their documents and they charged my card. Everything was great. 5 day pass with no call, not 24-48 hours. 5th business day I get a call to schedule my support set up call for 4 days from that date. 9 days in... read more

    Sucks. User interface stinks. Incredibly difficult to share screens. Not intuitive. Calls don't work. everyone in my company is frustrated and we're moving on to a new service at the end of the year, thank god.
