    Inbound and Outbound calls have gargled audio frequently 2-4 days a month. Calls would also get disconnected. Calls are documented incorrectly on the history log, has too much delay, end of the day call log number is always incorrect. Calling for service is like hoping to win a lottery, only spoke with 2 associates that knew what they were talking about and always blamed our internet provider when clearly its was an 8x8's issue.

    the 8x8 in salesforce is constantly malfunctioning which makes my job super hard mainly when I cant click to dial

    Slows Salesforce and has terrible sound/call quality. Worst decision for investment.

    Call made to using known contact cell phone number. Salesforce application found contacts that did not contain the complete phone number calling. Searched all contacts that were referenced and only one of them contained the # being called from, which was the correct contact. So why did it pull three contacts that don't have that number associated. Next issue is that when the call is disconnected and the page reloads, the incoming call reappears every time the page is reloaded, sometimes with multiple instances of the call ... read more

    Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Not only did the support reps on my first 2 interactions say "I have never seen this before" but then to get a manager on the phone to tell me that 'nothing's perfect' and I can't expect it to work in all cases. Then I get spoken down to from this manager as I am incompetent. All I did was sign up for the service and tried to use it on the 3 rd day of having it it and it didn't work.     Poor customer service and virtually non existent technical support. The ACT plug in they offer does not work with the latest version of ACT and I have attempted to work with 8x8 since February, now 4 months and the problem is not resolved. Since I am cancelling my service the Tech support people have no interest in helping to provision my existing hardware to use elsewhere. While I shouldn't expect much in terms of assistance after cancelling service, I do expect the company to maintain the technology they advertise online. ... read more

    The call quality is terrible. Constantly dropping calls and when connected it is a bad connection. Constantly hearing people say they can't understand me because the call is dropping and they only understand every other word.
