    We've been using 8x8 for about 5 years. Customer service is non-existent. prices are high. From what i see, they invested in just enough infrastructure and marketing to obtain and barely support as many customers as possible. A great business model for them, a terrible experience for us. I have to this day never had a decent support experience

    Super sick of logging 3-4 calls for every 1 call that I make.

    Don’t make the mistake of signing up with 8X8 I have found this company is one that provides terrible service evidenced by the very poor voice quality as I experience voice drop outs where entire sentences are missing from conversations, there are voice delays, echo’s, and difficulty understanding conversations due to the horrendous voice quality as the volume is so low it can’t be adjusted high enough to make the person on the other end’s voice clearly audible.     Horribly unstable. if voicemail is working then call records is not. If regular calling is working then vm are not. Nothing but issues and it's slow. Very very slow.

    8x8 is not connecting and counting my calls through salesforce

    My calls still aren't being tracked/logged in Salesforce. This will be my third time trying to find someone who can help me.

    calls arent logging properly and calls are popping up next to click to call for no reason
