    I wasn't even going to give them 1 star, but apparently you have to to get to this screen. We ordered a headset that did not come with all of its parts (strike 1), we received a replacement headset and was told there would be a return label in the box - no return label (strike 2), they gave me a faulty e-mail for customer care (strike 3), they couldn't give me a date of when the label would be sent to me via e-mail (strike 4).     From a technical standpoint the service is acceptable. Quality quality is fine, while interaction with the administrative console and user controls are outdated, but work. The biggest problem, and I would suggest equally important is not the technical, but the communication channels enacted by the company.     This company is run by a group of incompetents. Horrible call quality and worse customer service! If you make calls outside your local area code and need voice packet priority for crystal clear HD audio, you will NOT get that with 8x8! They are a low end VOIP provider and cannot deliver on call quality as advertised! Dropped calls seems to be the order of the day; terrible call quality when you can actually make a call! Horrible experience... I advise you go elsewhere!

    Working with support at 8x8 has been one of the most unfortunately frustrating experiences. I've been working through countless issues over the last 2 months working with support on nearly a daily basis. I would never recommend a company with such horrendous support to anyone.

    We have been with 8x8 for over a year now with so many outages it has caused our business to loose a lot of money. They are constantly going down and having interruptions. So much so that they have gone to the point of paying us back so we don't seek legal ramifications. Just in the past month alone we have had 6 outages with management still scratching their heads on how this could have happened. We had to wait 5 months for a Microsoft outlook integration download that they had an error for. We had our SSO page bringing up ... read more

    Referral program is a scam!!!! Sent to accoucants to 8x8 and followed up . Never responded.. they are a joke!!!!

    We have had the same problem repeat over and over. 8x8 is not able to fix it more than temporarily. I spend more time on the phone trying to resolve the issue than I ever spent with any other phone service. I am unable to get any attention brought to this problem for my company. There is no way to contact ANYONE. I regret getting my phone service with 8x8. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

    Is the plug-in compatible with Lightning yet? Also, it's very common to see "error" pop-ups in the extension, but no explanation on the issue or if it's resolved.
