Worst phone service ever. Cannot even place calls half of the time. Dropped calls. Customer service is a joke.

it crashes all the time
I am trying to use the salesforce integration to log a call. I click on save and nothing happens.
"That we no longer have to think about phone services!" 8x8 services are so reliable and easy to manage day to day that phone system issue discussions and frustrations are a thing of the past. The President of the company no longer has to verify the phone system is up as she is walking into a conference call. As a loan officer, I work from my office, from home and on the road. In the eyes of my clients and business partners my location is completly transparent. They are able to corespond with me no matter where I am working. the program glitches, and logs me out. I will enter notes on a phone call, and they close without adding to the customer's note in Salesforce.
