    I moved my office and switched my phone service from Comcast to Verizon. I was nervous that it would not be a smooth transition. When the Verizon tech came to do the installation, his first words were "This is my first time doing an install of this new technology so this will be a learning experience for me". So my fears came true. It was an absolute disaster. 3 weeks went by and Verizon was unable to get my phones working properly. I then decided, out of necessity to switch my service to 8x8.     No Option to logout and log back in as different user. Who do i contact for support on integration? Thank You

    8x8 drops my calls VERY frequently mid conversation. this is EXTREMELY frustrating. the sound quality is poor and often people on the other end say they cannot hear me or there are weird sounds on the line. i have excellent internet connection, and check it often.

    It is a great theory, but doesn’t work in practice. It logs calls that didn’t happen or automatically logs calls that you don’t want to log with no note in them. When someone calls insetad of opening the individual once, they are opened multiple times. Etc. Just poor execution in general.

    It is nice that the app syncs with Salesforce but sometimes it has issues with staying logged in. There also seems to be issues with general UI/UX issues within the app. The app needs a refresh and more options to work like the landline.

    Calls drop all the time. Not easy to pick up an incoming call.

    When I am using the mobile app, I only receive calls when the app is open on my phone. If working remotely, I need to have other apps open and it hinders my work flow.

    duplicate records pop up when i make callls...the xlixk to pop doesn't always work...the load time is slowwhen i open new windows and forces me back to the top of the page after its done loading

    I have over 50 vendors and 8x8 is in the bottom 10%. Customer Service is terrible. Every change to our account has created even more problems and problems are NEVER solved with one call. Billing errors were found on our account and were not fixed until I called in THREE times. Availability of service techs is also very poor. If you want tech support you will wait on hold for 30 minutes on average. I would not recommend them to anyone in the insurance industry, or any industry for that matter.
