I never miss an important call, even when I'm away from the office. The email alert let me know who call me before I even listen to the voice mail.
This company is terrible! Can not get anyone to help with simplest tasks. On hold for hours; a really unsatisfied, unimpressed user of 8x8! Still on hold!

THE WORSE SERVICE POSSIBLE! Do not sign a contract with 8x8 They are crooks and they will make sure to take your money any way possible even after you cancel.

8X8 is a bunch of crooks. They continued to bill me in spite of the fact that I cancelled the contract in May 2016. They billed me through October 2016 after I went with another phone company. The billed me over $3000.00 I tried to speak with them about it and it was like talking to a toilet , they flushed my complaint down the drain and kept my money. They are only about money they do not care about the customer.

Flexibility, being able to answer calls weather in office or your smart phone, getting VM on email video conferencing....
When it works, it works well. I can't get it to work now. Signed in to SFDC and 8x8 desktop app as well.
No need to install any hardware except phones.
The 8x8 app that allows me to receive calls on my personal phone without giving out my personal number. Tenants and Vendors have no idea that I am not at the office and I can keep working professionally from anywhere in the country.
