    Logs calls under different accounts . Serious bug that needs to be addressed.

    1) The call quality is poor, even using a wired connection. 2) Had to fight login issues that required me to uninstall and reinstall several times.

    I am a systems engineer for an IT services company. I am in the office during the day, and speak with colleagues, customers, and vendors on the phone all day. Regular business is just that ... regular business. No hassles, no problems. But when a customer has an issue on Saturday, the call my phone number, and express surprise when I answer it...     Here at Radius we offer customer support to over 100 different hospitals and imaging facilities. We take in an average of 125-175 support request per week with 6 support techs that work different shifts in addition to taking on multiple projects.     8x8 has allowed my company to stay in touch with all of our employees and coworkers around the world. No matter if they are deep in South America the connection and quality of the call its never failed me or them. Without 8x8 my business would not be able to operate at its full potential.     Biggest waste of time since I opened my business. 14 hours on phone support could not get the phones to work. I was told that the highest level of support would call me. Days went by with only calls of the same tier 1 level support. On top of that I had to pay for shipping back on phones that never worked.
