1) The call quality is poor, even using a wired connection. 2) Had to fight login issues that required me to uninstall and reinstall several times.

Biggest waste of time since I opened my business. 14 hours on phone support could not get the phones to work. I was told that the highest level of support would call me. Days went by with only calls of the same tier 1 level support. On top of that I had to pay for shipping back on phones that never worked.
