It shuts down frequently. I have to reboot at least once a day, sometimes multiple times. Or refresh screen. It lags a lot. And whenever I bring it up to our admin he says he can not do anything about it because it is "Salesforce"
Its Not For L2 Support. Its Purely for Call Center's. Pathetic! :( Remove the Available Feature from it

I love having everyone's office extensions on my phone. And when I travel to Europe again I won't have to mess with a bad skype connection to speak with my customers. Last time I was in Europe was for 3 months and I could hardly build my business because of Skype's shotty service and use of strange phone numbers.
