What i love most about 8x8 services has to be the 8x8 Virtual Office. It has so many helpful tools, i love being able to listen to my call right after they happen. Its allows me to see what work and what didnt!
Hassle free International calls with great quality in voice
I love how simple it is to check my messages and forward calls or voicemail to other people in my office. All the buttons seem to have been made in a very simple, easy to understand layout. The notifications are easy to clear and review. This being my first time using an office phone, I am surprised at how simple and ergonomic this phone can be. I was nervous at first, but after using the phone only a few times, my fears were admonished.
We recently relocated our office and upgraded all of our technology to include VOIP soft phones. After experiencing downtime for about 50% of the time, we finally switched to 8x8 and have had about 3 hours of total downtime in the past month, which was caused by a faulty router and not the phone system. Thanks 8x8!
8x8 service saved me from total failure. Why?? Because we had put together a system that works with Santa Claus's problems. Namely, Santa is hearing impaired. VA supplies with Hearing Aids with bluetooth, top of the line. They also supply me with an ICOM which makes the sound from my IPhone go directly to my hearing aids via Bluetooth. The final step happened this year with a Polycom BlueTooth voice-over-internet VVX 600 Phone with the option of hearing everything on the speaker phone or thru Bluetooth. Thanks SCB & A... read more
I love the fact that we can access 8x8 from anywhere. We had a massive power outage and I was able to answer incoming calls from my home laptop!
The voicemail service is out oft his world easy to use and functional.
Our executive suites have just started using the 8x8 service. It has been a smooth transition and I love the access availability from many different tools. During the month of October we hold a wellness series for Breast Cancer awareness. The ease of use of sending a fax, we used to do it the old way but now we are able to send faxes with ease right from our computer. We also love the auto attendant, this has freed up our assistant from constantly directing calls and allows him to focus more on our business. We have seen productivity results from day one of implementation!! Thank you 8x8!
