Makes running multiple locations a breeze. Communicating with staff and customers simultaneously makes the system a powerful platform. Messaging, video, calling, faxing, and voice mail from one portable application, makes me wonder how we ran without.

With 8x8, I can easily forward calls to my cell after hours, during lunch, or on weekends. I love the face that I can answer my business line anywhere I take my VOIP phone with me, plus if I need to be mobile, I can use the 8X8 app on my iPhone and answer business calls without my customers knowing that I am not in the office. This seamless solution creates the illusion that I am in my office and always available to my customers which makes them very happy.

We decided to make the switch from our previous provider when we have had nothing but problems with them to 8x8. The transfer over was very painless and all your support agents have been the most helpful with all questions we have. Typically when we do have a small problem here we call 8x8 and know that we can trust them to get our phone systems working as soon as possible! Thanks 8x8!

I love how easy it is to copy a phone number off of an email address and give them a call. It makes life a lot simpler. It is also great how we can log the calls afterwords, it really helps to keep me organized with our clients and not look over anything or anyone. Although to some it may be a little tedious, once you get the hang of it and see the benefits, its hard to go back to a normal phone system! Gotta love 8x8.
