Love being able to forward phone messages through email. It is great to be able to archive phone messages .
I love the auto attendant and the ability to have clients leave messages in different mailboxes. I also love the ease in using the online system and the responsiveness of the customer service agents.
We love the absolute convenience that 8x8 services offer. Being a small business, I am often in and out of the office handling business related items a lot of times and I have no worries that I will ever miss a call or message.
