8x8 has been instrumental in providing excellent customer service and products for Lutheran Services of Florida! Currently we manage 8 Headstart / Early Headstart school centers for low income families and communications between our administration center and each of these centers is crucial. 8x8 and our Polycom IP phones have provided uninterruptible service since the installation in January 2015! I cannot begin to tell you how ONE of my businesses love 8x8 more than the other. I found 8x8 when I was at Universal City Walk and with Jon Lovitz Comedy Club. I love using the softphone and to be able to take business calls on my cell phone wherever I am! 8 x 8 is so easy to use and the price point is perfect. I have had very positive (and patient) experiences with the Customer Reps I have spoken with. I was using another Service Provider for my small business line and after switching to 8 x 8 I have lowered my monthly cost by over $45 a month.
