Plain and simple, 8x8 is reliable. I've experienced multiple communication companies that offer similar services and have been extremely impressed with the consistency of 8x8. I'm in the recruiting industry and we live and die by the phone, so if there's issues with our phone system, it directly affects our productivity. 8x8 usually goes unnoticed within my daily routine, which is definitely a compliment. Easy to use. voice mails show up right away. dose not have a long menu to get to voice messages when im busy. I really like how easy it is to use the system and even get in to record me message of why I cant pick up my phone and that I can call people right back from the voice mail in box system. thank you for making it easy for me to do my job

We are an small electrical contractor in Portland, Oregon, and needed a more professional way of answering our phones and transferring calls. We love the many features like email notifications for voice mails, It makes us look and sound like the big guys we compete with, without the huge expense of a phone system. Also the availability to easily change settings in the control panel, we have been a long time customer, and have referred other small businesses.
