We have been trying to solve an issue since last Friday and a supervisor was going to reach to us. We are still waiting. Our client specialist is a joke since she does not show up and today an agent literally yelled at us and hanged up. We have been customers since 2014 and we are being treated horrible. The worst part is that no one seems to care.

Trying to do a partial cancellation of lines and each time I call I am told to wait for a call back that never happens. Case - C2400223

Really, after I came back to 8x8 there non-cusomer service has not changed. I have found MS teams to be a better product. We use MS teams all day anyway, I can actually file a support ticket and get an actual response back within minutes not days. If we ask for a supervisor or the next level of support we do not get any kickback from them about that, unlike with 8x8. There has been no change during COVID about ms support or hours. Lack of management response on issues
Do not deal with this Company. They will give you hell to cancel your account. Do not give them your credit card for automatic debit. They will keep on withdrawing from your bank demanding ridiculous amount for termination in spite of giving due notice of one month. DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP.

The service is what you would expect when you are using it. It's a VOIP phone. The FRUSTRATING and crooked part is when you ask to leave them. The only way to cancel is with their "Cancellation Department", and you have to talk to them in person. The trick is that the phone number rings and hangs up. Then you try for days to get someone's attention through support tickets or sales agents or smoke signals just to simply close an account. 0 stars. Do not depend on 8x8 for your business communications. Their support consists of putting in a support ticket and then sending an email every morning saying Customer Response needed just to ask if the issue is resolved when they have made no attempt to resolve it. They do not assist you even though the ticket is escalated and they are aware that your business is disrupted.

Had the service for 10 years, got ready to cancel, we are now in month 5 of trying to cancel. We cannot login, the service doesn't work. We called to cancel in January, was told 30 days was needed, okay, paid the bill. Now it's April I've called in Feb, March, and April and you asked ME for documentation of those calls.
