Good phone system. Technical support is a nightmare. It is difficult to understand most of the reps, they ask same questions repeatedly with no resolve. Current issue is being worked on by a supervisor.

No help at all. through trial and error I finally fixed it myself. (I think)

The service itself works quite well. The customer service and follow-up leave some things to be desired.

Couldn’t call, had to chat online. Got disconnected and no one ever called me back. I tried to post on the case page, all I ever got was a generic response warning me that if I did not respond my case would be closed. VERY disappointed in 8x8 service! I would never recommend this product or service to a friend. You can keep the amazon gift card, it’s not worth it!

8x8 came through when my company really needed a simple effective VoIP solution. Pricing was good, salesmen was informative and not pressing.

Horrible customer service IF you can reach someone. Email responses to questions are automated "bots" - they have to be because their answers make no sense. User interface is not intuitive - extremely confusing - and don't forget to hit the tiny "save" box at the bottom of every screen or you'll lose your changes. If my IT guy didn't communicate with them so I don't have to, I would have changed long ago.

The phone system does not work...For months I have been trying to get this ststem to work with our IT people...IT has NEVER worked right NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!!!. I ordered the system on the phone and was assured by the sales rep that it was an "EASY" set up. When the phones came in our ITperson set the up and they have NEVER worked right for months. Support is excellent, Quick response and issues were handled with in a good amount of time. The only complaint is the SMS messages do not pop up on the screen with the new update so it is hard to tell when you have a message.
