There were a few team members who really did try hard, but this company has policies in place that are unlike others in the industry and can't seem to actually even know how to handle a cancellation request. We were sold a product that hasn't met any of the standards that were set by the sales team. Tony (Sales) promised us a top notch product and even better service. The phone service drops calls repeatedly and we are just getting done with 3 months of work with no results. We go days between calls back to our team. Stay away from 8x8! Their customer service is horrible couldn’t get help when I needed it, or when I finally thought I got help I was told to talk to my rep. I had no clue who my rep was but, she finally figured it out but apparently didn’t know his email. I finally got tired of 8x8 and the complicated system that wasn’t user friendly. 8x8 automatically renews your contract without notice on an annual basis and despite giving more than 60 days notice that you need to switch carriers, they refuse to allow you out of the contract.

I tried 3 times to reach out for help to get signed up for 8x8. The first time the person just sent help articles, no pricing and I have no idea if the service will do what I need it to. I called back in a 2nd time to be told I'd get a call back. That was last week and I never heard back. This morning I was told by a 3rd guy that I was the problem and if I was calling back in for the 3rd time then something must be wrong with me... and then he hung up. I would not use this service.

terrible company tried to rip us for for $2800.00 they should be ashamed of themselves in this day and age. too many other people out there that really care about small companies. Do not use them.

I cannot begin to express my disgust with this company. I have been trying to cancel a few of my extensions for over a month. Due to Covid we have had a catastrophic down sizing of our company and are just trying to stay open. We just want to keep our main line going. 8X8 customer service is non existent or is doing everything to not reduce our monthly bill and account. Horrible service. Stay Away!!
