We are a small non-profit working to serve people with development disabilities. We have been upgrading our business model, moving, and in the process getting the first real phone system to serve both us and our clients. Needless to say none of the staff is high on the tech knowledge list, but 8x8 provides a service that the staff is delighted with, even though it will be a while until we use it to the fullest. In addition, we have cut costs, which is importnat to us.Ā

We have only had the new phone system for about 2 weeks so far but already it has increased productivity. Our phones are no longer monsters that we avoid at all costs thanks to the upgraded equipment that came with our service package.
