Great service... but poor customer service. As you can read in the reviews... they hide an atrocious auto renew policy that you don’t have to sign and even when I called to cancel after 7+ years with them wasn’t told about the auto renew policy that actually renewed in the week I was cancelling but they didn’t tell me!!!! Avoid avoid avoid. There are better companies that actual want and care about your business.

extremely UNHAPPY. I have been a customer for 9 years and today when I tried to discontinue my service due to changes within my business i was put on hold, transferred 3 times and ultimately told that after nearly a decade of loyalty I would have to pay 481.00 to simply STOP using them. Of course you can NOT talk to a person in the cancellation dept. They only communicate via e-mail, odd since the very service they offer is a phone service. What a crappy way to end a long relationship. I wont be back.

This is my last contact to you as a company to stop trying to bill my card for Services that have been canceled for months. I have called 3 times, all recorded, and was told to call the Fraud division, did that to, recorded. Now I am requesting one final time on a public forum. before contacting the AG, and filing a complaint, and hiring an attorney. The worst company ever to purchase phone service from. Terrible prices.. Rate increases like crazy. And are trying to charge me over $1000 for cancelling on my 5 year anniversary. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is worst service ever!! One entire year with nothing but aggravation. Phones constantly dead. Would not recognize the time. Sometimes would it ring. No battery life at all. After cancelling kept billing!! Swindlers !

I would give zero review if possible. Had this at work for a year. Never worked properly! Phones were very sub standard Would not ring, hold battery life, or keep time. Also after cancelling kept charging ridiculous cancel rates. Swindlers

If you cancel after your contract anniversary date they will screw you, regardless of why you have to cancel ten years of service and they hit me for 1400 dollars after loyal on time payments. No more specifics necessary

Watch out for this company. The salesperson sells you on the service and does not tell you they auto-renew your contract. They hide it in additional terms not even printed directly in their contract. They don't reach out they just keep billing and when you cancel even one month after your year is up they want you to pay for a full additional year. FOR nothing. NO equipment. Just an account. Biggest Scam! They will reduce your bill if you stay but if want to cancel they try to bill you extra.

great customer service, friendly and fast
