We cancelled service over a year ago and you continued to bill us automatically on our credit card. When we finally caught this and brought it to your aattention, you did finally send us a refund for most of the months, but STILL continued to bill us automatically on the credit card! We finally disputed the charges with the credit card company, and also contacted your company, and you "changed your code" and STILL continued the automatic billing! Could not get the system to operate properly we lost a lot of down time and customers. I returned the phones and cancelled everything and they still hit my credit card with a $1500.00 fee. I highly recommend Spectrum. Much more user friendly and team is very very helpful. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST PHONES EVER
Customer service is non-existant. I have been trying to get someone to cancel the account and they are no help.
This is the best VOIP service I have had for my business (4 lines). They have done a mediocre job with tech support. I wasn't upset from that, just not impressed. Some of their techs are clueless as to how the service and software works, but once you get a person that knows it, the service and support is great. Then a headset broke. It is under warranty. communication with 8x8, specifically my sales rep has been terrible. Follow up from 8x8 is weak. Customer support is nearly non existent. 8x8 was highly recommended. I can't really express what a disappointing and frustrating experience I've had.
Why did you change the name of my account? I want to delete "recent meetings" Stop harasssing me with your bots. I am sick and tired of your bots. I need an email from a REAL person at 8x8, not bots.

To start with have Technical Support call at they time they scheduled. Fix our issues. We purchased in March 2020. The sales rep was very happy to help and instilled confidence. From there it was downhill. We had to get things up and running ourselves and the phones have been nothing but trouble since. Calls are dropping midstream. Challenges with the system all the way around.
Spotty service at best. My line eventually stopped letting customers through and then wouldn't even let them leave a voicemail. Support was uninterested in fixing it and barely spoke English. I've spent over 2 months trying to cancel and the cancellation team just keeps trying to set up an appointment with me but then doesn't call even if I do that. It's astounding that a cant just call the billing dept and sort this. They apparently don't have phones... AT A PHONE COMPANY.
