We had a few glitches with the service and billing last year, but things have improved since then and we are are satisfied.

8x8 is the worst VOIP company I've ever dealt with. I have many accounts with them and no matter how many times I try to get good customer service the cannot seem to figure it out. PRices have been raising MONTHLY since I started with them years ago.

The service works most of the time. But there have been some major issues and technical support especially first tier Technical Support is completely clueless.

I am not a fan of 8x8, their ever-increasing fees, their poor and slow customer service, and their clunky apps. However, the phone calls themselves are very clear on my system.

Language barriers continue to be 8x8 biggest issue with tech support

Sales was extremely helpful. Technical support was a nightmare. Create a ticket, then someone from India would call and read from a script - DO NOT try to get them to deviate from the script! It shuts the whole process down! Let them realize the 'check the cords' and 'restart it' don't work, and they will transfer it to an actual technician. Every problem, no matter how small, takes 2 - 5 days to resolve. In part due to language barriers, in part because they care so little about their customers. When you get ready to ca... read more

"URL Call is Disabled" Been 4 months. This thing just doesn't work. Dropped calls. Business can not function because 8X8 phones just doesn't work.

customer since 2013 and they just cancelled my fax line, twice. called once sent a bunch of time getting it reinstated (12/2019), found out it was cancelled again on 1/20/2020. after spending well over an hour on the phone, tech. support, cancellation, finally transferred to sales. Where the tell me they no longer offer the product i had (reason for cancellation) and i had to buy another product at double the cost and double the market, in order to preserve my fax number of 20 some years. no notice of cancellation, just ... read more
