Unable to talk to customer support. Unable to have phone that I ordered for new service billed and shipped. Only way to talk to a person is to say you want new service, not that you already have service. Have asked to have someone call me to fix issues and obviously 8x8 does not want my business because they won't call. Don't waste your time with 8x8

After the update the fax adapter wouldn't work anymore ... So after OVER A MONTH of troubleshooting with tech support, they "escalated" the case. That tech said, "oh. The adapter you have isn't supported any more. You'll have to call sales". So we pay for a new adapter and it arrives. Simple instructions! Enter the "activation code on the packing slip" ... except there is no activation code. Call support again, except there is no actual human to talk to (so the website lies to you about that). I have been trying to reach out to someone with the company for over 30 days. They upgraded the system and I got an email from their technical support that they could not fix the problem with our voicemail system. I then stated if it cannot be done then we need to cancel our contract. I am asking them to provide a service that was provided for over 4 years, yet now is not available. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Cannot emphasize enough the lack of customer service and don't even try and cancel...they will charge your account for MONTHS afterwards. I've been disputing monthly charges on my credit card since June. The worst customer service (ALL ALONG) I've ever dealt with as a business person. Shady.

DO NOT BUY. I am an hour into trying to cancel our service. We have been trying to comply with the cancellation policy. Cannot get to an agent, the chat bot does not work, cannot sign up for call back, a live connection, a chat with a person, nor open a trouble ticket. Terrible customer service.

We have been with 8x8 for over 5 years. At first they were great, lately they are a train wreck. You can never talk to a human and when you do they refer you to your sales rep- who has literally never responded to any of our efforts to talk with him. We are angry enough to cancel, but you can't, because when you try to here is nobody to talk to.
