I just set up our 8x8 phones earlier this year as a small business. Prior to this we were operating by cell phones, and setting these phones up have been critical to the success of the organization. Their capabilities are extensive and able to create a very solid foundation for our team. Glad to have this product.

We offer all of our clients conference call capabilities and a toll free numbers. We also love the fact that we can offer clients in other states a local phone number, making us feel "closer." My staff loves picking out their own on-hold music for their extensions!
Just this week a client needed immediate assistance, which required myself and my assistant to leave the office unattended.
