I love the customer service, especially on the support side. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. They are always outstanding and ready to go above and beyond. The chat feature is very convenient. Chatting with a live person really helps the experience and solves the issue quickly. It is very important to me that my live chat agents have never sent me literature to read. It seems careless and lazy when other companies just send links to FAQs. Thank you.

When we used to have land lines, the system was static and antiquated.When we switched over to 8x8, we were able to group phone #s, forward calls when people are out to anyone in the office, make calls outside the office as if I was in the office, check voicemail messages online, have direct phone #s vs. extensions, record phone conversations, review call logs, and the whole office wasn't designated to answer the main phone line anymore. Incredible customer service, user friendly website, and a great, consistent product
I love the flexibility it gives us as employees. I'm a single mom and when I have to work from home, it allows all work calls to be forwarded to my cell phone, as if I'm actually in the office. 8x8 has been a great switch for my office. I used to have Vonage which had very poor and garbled voice quality and used a lot of bandwidth. 8x8 uses much less bandwidth and gives excellent voice quality. The voicemail and music on hold are excellent as well. I have used to mobile app for my laptop and tablet which have worked very well. I even was able to make phone calls from my computer from Italy. Good job 8x8!
Our traditional phone system went down due to a power issue in the area. As a result, we were faced with several thousand dollars in repairs. We worked with 8x8 to create a solution that purchased all phones and installed the totally new IP phone solution for less money than repairs were estimated to be.
