It'd give it zero stars but that's not an option. Disastrous for my business reputation to have no working phone for months and then to lose my phone number permanently because they didn't port it or let me know it was impossible for them to do so until it was too late. Every person I spoke to said it was someone else's fault and they couldn't help me.

Our experience with 8x8 was absolutely horrible. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. We were misled during the entire sales process and were told that 8x8 offered services required by our business, when in fact, they did not. Before signing up with 8x8 I even had our sales representative confirm via email that what our business needed was offered by 8x8. After discovering that everything we were told was false, we sent in notice to cancel our contract with 8x8 and were promised a refund. Inst... read more

Very unreliable service with no concerns for people trying to run a business, constant problems with the phones not working and not being able to send faxes, not happy with this company as we switched 3 months into running our business to a more reliable company

Massive call quality and call drop off issues with the iOS app. Really important part of our business. I expect better from 8x8.

poor customer service for setting up account. On hold for hours (as long as 6 hours) M-F waiting for someone to answer in the port dept only to find at end of day, there was still no one. Even the customer support rep could not get anyone or any answers. No one to resolve problems that occurred. High price too.

It is cumbersome to use your system. I am trying to get daily missed call reports sent to our staff (as they can't seem to look it up themselves). The reports we are getting are blank. But I know we have missed calls. Very Frustrating.

I've been trying to get an account/billing issue resolved since early November 2018, with zero progress. Our account manager changed, and he has been very nice and escalated the ticket, but it's been nothing but empty promises and zero action. Additionally, your Virtual Office features, particularly the messaging, does not work well on Mac.
