Service was not as promised. Configuration issues with phones. Dropped calls, ghost calls, lost faxes. Went back to our previous VOIP carrier. Difficult time getting out of contract.

8x8 program charades my computer after I get a call. Worked fine then something changed. Removed software from my PC.

It was absolutely horrible from the beginning. I had nothing but problems just trying to get my number to ring. It took about 2/3 months of my business line being in active because I could find anyone to help me. Once I got the help my cell wouldn’t ring only the land line and still couldn’t find anyone to help me fix the problem. So I decided I wanted to cancel. I had called 4 times to cancel and no one would help me cancel the service. Luckily I finally was able to cancel. I would highly recommend staying away from 8x8

Product worked horribly. Customer service was non-existent.
I emailed to get tracking information for my phones. It took nearly a week for them to reply that they had already been delivered (a neighboring business had signed for them). A couple of months later I got a notice that my service was going to be disconnected if I did not pay my bill immediately. Oops. So I logged on to their website to setup my credit card on Autopay. Service is great when there are no technical issues, but should you need customer service, you may be in for some frustration. When the software was not compatible with my new Mac, tech support staff kept passing the buck, and I went without proper phone service for over a week. It also took the company 6 months to issue a credit of $50.
Their customer service is nonexistent. It takes days to get a response to simple questions. Their website FAQ is not helpful to someone without an IT background.
