As an management tool, I can't think of anything better. I'm able to track the number of calls for each employee, length of time and origin of the call. This assures me that staff is performing proficiently using their time to the best use. Overall the system has made us more effective and very cost friendly!
Love it It does everything I need it to minus one thing- since I have the app installed on my phone, when someone calls my VOIP line it does not ring on my cell unless I manually forward it from the desk phone, which is inconvenient when I'm in a hurry and forget to press forward to cell. If this gets fixed it will get a full 5 stars.
8x8 is affordable and reliable. I have been able to conduct business just about everywhere i go. The back office support is outstanding. Thank you for all you do!
