The system would not work
Very unhappy. Their sales person is quick to say that my number is portable and after 4 weeks of working to get the phones all ready, the number doesn't port. The few calls I made with the temporary number worked well but I need to be able to use my current phone number.
Service had been acting up! I’ve called numerous of times with no follow up.
I called to change account ownership. Spoke to Dedo Attick. At the beginning he was very nice. Once I started having problems with porting the numbers and getting everything done he disappear, never returned my calls. We have 9 (dental offices) I had offices with their phones down, left Dedo numerous messages, tried calling him many times, never once he returned my calls. Customer service is sub par
Not ready for service cancelled. Will try to use next year.
Service is horrible and have not had good luck with support. Have set everything the way it has said and now waiting on someone to help us fix it. Dropped calls and horrible service.
I wish I could get out of my contract. Horrible experience all around trying to get my office phone set up. Never have I been so frustrated in my entire life.
I have a charge on my account and I am not a customer. They said I would have my money back in 5 days and it has been 8. I asked again for my money back that was unlawfuly taking from me and they said 5 days again. What a terrible company.
