Terrible! Will actively tell people to never use your service!!
I experience interruptions way too often. I have a hard time using the app and forwarding calls. Sometimes the calls fall on a certain extension, and, at a later time, at another extension. I believe customers are not educated/trained enough on how to use the system.
After a year, I still have difficulty changing outgoing messages and we still can't figure out how to put someone on hold on one phone and pick up the call on another. Call quality is great but ease of use of even basic functions is dismal. Support isn't very helpful. The system is so non-intuitive that they can't give answers in plain English that are usable.

It was a nightmare from start to finish. Horrible customer service.
Cluster fuck
The product is pretty good, but the customer service is terrible. Just terrible. There really is no customer service, they just send links to troubleshoot that send you in circles. That is unacceptable when paying a hefty monthly fee.
Phone system has never worked accordingly. Several "Cases" were established with great technical support. The last "FAILURE" case I submitted took 8x8 over 5 days to respond to.Two stars because I believe the problem ultimately lies with my Internet carrier/Router. BUT..in doing due-diligence I talked at length with 8x8 before signing up and you knew the system I was using. Worst customer service. Bill issues which gave me a very hard time. Customer rep doesn’t know how to do their job.
