I love getting my voicemails by email as well as the faxes. I can check both from anywhere! Cost efficient way to handle everything on the go. phones and faxes travel worldwide....

We have offices all over the country and I love the way 8x8 keeps us all connected as one company working together. When you have remote workers its easy to feel all alone, but our 8x8 system helps keep us all in touch everyday.

The ease of setup and use is why I love the 8x8 service. We set up a remote office with one user. The cost of extending our phone network was too great for the circumstance and we looked for a plug-and-play VoIP system. We found that in 8x8. The installation was easy and went without any hitches. The customer service is great also. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The phones and system are easy to use which reduces the internal support calls. We're glad to have 8x8 as a partner!

Business made simple. I like that it makes our small business run efficient and smoothly like a Fortune 500 Company. I would have to say the mobile app is my most favorite feature. It allows me to work from home when needed- or just about anywhere for that matter and I don't have to compromise my personal cell info to my clients. Keep up the good work! When we used to have land lines, the system was static and antiquated.When we switched over to 8x8, we were able to group phone #s, forward calls when people are out to anyone in the office, make calls outside the office as if I was in the office, check voicemail messages online, have direct phone #s vs. extensions, record phone conversations, review call logs, and the whole office wasn't designated to answer the main phone line anymore.
