There are three things I really think every CIO should know about 8x8. FIRST and foremost the online interface to managing and configuring the phones system is easy to use and quick to deploy new users or change exiting ones. I love the ability to log on to the website to view and manage my account at any time. It is nice and simple to edit or make changes to extension lines, change the greetings, or do anything needed, and even better; if I have a question or need help, your friendly representatives are just a phone call away. 8x8 gives high quality technology features, with simple to use steps. On July 31, 2014, I was in a head on collision and ended up in the Hospital for 4 days with broken bones and severe contusion. I stayed home to recover for 3 months. During that time, I used Virtual Office on my I-Phone to stay connected to my clients and office. This is what I LOVE about 8X8.
