We recently joined 8x8 in September. This was a very learning expierence for me. To set up all the systems and extensions and voice mail was challengeing. The Tech team was very great and understanding and took there time to either walk me thru something or fix it themselves. I would really like to thank them for all their help. The thing I like most about 8x8 is the soft phone you can access on your computer that directly connects to the phone. This way you do not have to manually delete the voice-mail in two different places. It makes it very easy to listen to and respond to voice-mails from your computer.
The service, the price, and THE CLARITY of the line! We're paying 1/3 the price of a traditional phone system, AND we have more features, more options. and a texting service which is a must have for any business that deals with retail customers on the phone! We love it!!!
