My calls often drop (an issue I never have with my personal phone provider).
Salesmen accepted demo contract and billed me for months without authorization. Lost 4 hours trying to resolve and still not fixed. Can't be more unhappy with the whole experience!
Your referral program is a scam. I never recieved my referral check, i have since canceled, i like the service up until that point but i refuse to do business with a company that just keeps saying the check is in the mail. Its unfortunate to, because im in the lricess of quoting a 225 person call center and all my quotes are higher than 8x8 but i refuse to ever get scammed again.
I was not properly informed. The equipment did not work because I only have WiFi. I told the sales person who was only interested in meeting his quota... I was not fully refunded my money,
I’ll start by saying the sales and implementation team is great. The customer support well.... That leave much to be desired. I was having a phone issue and after speaking to multiple people who I couldn’t understand due to the language barrier and then chatting with one who ended the chat after telling me it was a different tier issue. x8 VOIP = Over-Priced Horrible Service and Even Worse Customer Service After 12 years of service with 8x8 (formerly Packet8), paying over $360 yearly for a single residential phone line with unlimited Domestic only, the Uniden VOIP cordless phone they provided stopped working and became unusable due to static interference on the line. When I closed my business, they said I had to pay out my contract and cancel at the end of the contract, when I called at the end of the contract they told me that because I hadn't called 30 days in advance, they went ahead and renewed my contract and there was nothing I could do but pay out the remaining 12 months. I'm now opening a new business and will not be using them. There are a ton of other VOIP providers out there, I highly suggest going with someone else.
