I am a small business owner and was getting tired of my current phone companies charges (they rhyme with Comcast) so I decided to try VOIP. I signed up with another company, SendHub, and experienced a monumental amount of issues. I love having a central management console for all things VoIP. In the past we had many different systems at our remote sites that had no knowledge of one another. Our company has easier internal communication because of this system and the recent improvements to the VOD have been well received by our team.

Here at the Insurance works we love the 8x8 phone system that we have at our office! It is very user friendly. Some of the features that we love here at the office are how we are able to access our voicemails by e-mail when we are away from the office, as well as the 8x8 app available for smartphones, we love how we are able to answer incoming calls to the office when we are away from the office! In a Personal Injury Law Firm it is important get your name out there but it's even more important to be able to get to potential clients in the shortest amount of time possible. 8x8's Virtual office phone gives me the mobility to move from talking to a potential client on our soft phone, moving that call to our mobile device with the 8x8 App so that we can get it reviewed by another team member.
