I wish I have never signed up for 8x8 Please save yourself the time, effort, and money. go with someone else. I have had nothing but problems with them and very little to no solutions to the problems. Ive been trying to cancel the product and cant even get someone to help me with that.
Constantly a burden on my phone. Unable to switch between this programs call and actual phone calls without. More spams calls than the actually business related calls. No way to effectively block those calls without blocking legitimate business calls. Not worth the monthly fee. More than like will transfer to another service.
Terrible customer service
I received an invite to complete a survey on 12.13. I elected the option to have a representative call me to discuss my customer service experience. It is my recollection, that this call would happen within 48 hours. No one has called. EPIC FAIL for a customer service experience. And now I cannot complete the survey when I return to the email. Hard working support team.
They make you bend over backwards and jump through hoops to cancel. Classic shady company move.
The app is very buggy and we get a ton of ghost calls
The salesman did whatever it took to make the sale even if it was not what I needed That the run around for 2 weeks to decide that this was not the service for me Got a Refund on what I paid for services still have a useless $100 phone
