This might be the worst customer service I have ever received. The problem is that it wasn't just one bad experience. There were countless problems with the sales team, initial setup, training, shipping & handling. It was a disaster & still to this day I can't get the sales person to return a call. They forgot to send me the wi-fi adapter so I couldn't use my phone. The warehouse said they shipped it but they obviously didn't & there was no packing slip. No one returns calls or emails and overcharging is common place. I run a network of 200 CEOs and 80% of those who are 8x8 customers experience the same. It has really gone down hill over the last 2 years.

There is no way this company has a 4.8 rating. Customer service is terrible. They lock you in a year contract with no option to cancel even though you never use the service.
Possibly the worst company ever. Never got my phones up after 6 months canceled and then they charged an early cancelation fee for a system that they never got working.

I have had the service for over 6 weeks and have had to call daily to get my phone numbers ported over. In the meantime, you are paying two different carriers. A little frustrating. I have to initiate everything or it won't get accomplished. Once everything is finished, I hope the service it good.

Terrible company, lied about price, terrible customer service. No responses after months of waiting, stuck in contract. Shady company with terrible customer service, long story short is we were quoted $133.46 a month and then our bill was 164.84 a month and they have given me the run around for several months with no solution in sight. Never received calls back when told I would be called back. They did not respond to BBB, yet somehow still have an A+?
Have been with this company since 2012 have had issues with services dropping and not hearing people and customer service and unexpected price increases that needed to be always called into to adjust. Finally had enough went to Ring Central at half the price. Called in to cancel and found that contract auto renews which I take responsibility for but the supervisor had no interest in working with me in regards to the $800 cancellation fee. Horrible. We implemented in Nov 2017 and still have a ton of issues. We are compliant with 8x8's system requirements, firewalls, etc... still a TON of problems- random issues that 'fix' themselves, complete auto-attendant failure for no apparent reasons, mystery issues that they themselves can't resolve. This has been by far the worst - WORST- implementation that I have had to go through. If anyone asks me , I will tell them to not go with 8x8 - to consider another supplier with a more stable platform.
