With the uber-fast pace of business today, it's so nice to be alerted to messages through email and be able to listen to them right in my inbox!
We own 2 golf courses with condos on our properties which we use for stay & play golf packages. I love that on a day off I get an email when a potential guest leaves a voicemail. I can listen to their message and see how many condos and what dates they are interested in right on my cell phone. It's important that we reply to customers in a prompt manner. Flexibility. Our clients see no difference between users in our office and users in other geographic locations. And, when a remote user comes into the office, she can run the softphone service - and appear to be at her remote desk!
Conference calling is no longer a scramble, or failed three way calling attempt. We are consistently entrusted to hold important conference calls because of the reliability and ease of our service. Additionally, internal communications are timesaving now that we can easily do it from our desk and quicker than e-mail.
