We work in an allied health care office providing prosthetic (artificial limbs) and orthotic (bracing) care. Our work can be fast paced at times and our patients need to reach our practitioners 24/7 when an emergency arises. 8X8 allows me to listen to voice messages while I'm sitting in front of my desktop computer. If I need to listen a second time, it's really easy to do that. Just a click. 8X8 is a really good application.

One of the best features we've discovered is the ability to automatically forward our home base phone line to our on-call center after hours. We were forwarding our calls manually in the morning at 8:00 am then again at 5:00 pm. Our on-call center stops receiving our calls at 8:00 am. If we were late arriving at work this could potentially keep us from receiving important calls involving incident response that could end up costing the company.

We are bringing our company together with 8x8 around the world. I not only saves us money on long distance but it brings everyone closer together because with 8x8 users around the globe can call the head office very easily, as if they are in the next room. We also like the feature that allows us to transfer calls to external numbers. We can do a "warm hand off" between a customer and a distributor without asking the customer to call yet another number!

As tech support and sales, the phone is my life blood as my entire day is spent on the phone. What I like most is that I never get dropped calls or have any issues that the wonderful customer service provided by 8x8 can't fix expediently, there chat feature for assistance is a game changer.

Being able to communicate with our colleagues across multiple devices allow us to be in constant communication whether we are on the go or at the office. This flexibility allows our business to continue operating around the clock allowing us to grow and stay strong.

Being the phone operator in the Central Office of the largest school district in Solano County with 30 schools (Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District, I like the fact that I can check my missed calls and obtain the number if I have to call them back. I also like to be able to access phone numbers that were on my voicemail in case the caller left a message with an unclear phone number or no number at all. 8x8 lists the callers phone number and name.
