My company loves everything about 8x8, it allows us to be in constant contact. If I'm sick, away on business, or just running late on my morning commute I never miss a beat. 8x8 is a crucial tool for my work day and I'm honestly not sure how we survived before it.
I love that I can run my psychotherapy private practice from anywhere. When we have client's we are in the office and I have a virtual mailbox for each of my staff to get confidential messages. I love the Virtual Office Caller ID feature because I am not at my desk many times when I have potential Adult Education students calling for information on how to enroll in the GED/HiSET program. These students have worked up the courage to call to ask about the program, but they need a live voice to encourage them to come to classes.
