We love that 8x8 connects with our hand held devices. More and more, business takes us out of the office. We love that we can contact clients using our business number while on the road.

Unfortunately, I don't have very many positive things to say about 8x8. Their service people are patient, helpful (as they can be), and responsive. That's the end of the good. The service provided by the company as a whole is among the worst I have experienced in my 20+ years in administration and IT. Billing issues cannot be resolved, poor reception and issues with voicemail being received in email, etc. are all written off as other vendor's responsibilities, even when they are pervasive and other customers are experiencing... read more

As a start-up in the financial services arena, our firm uses 8x8 to leverage our employees time and resources.
It has to be the Virtual Contact Center. Our old phone system was based on ring groups, with ten reservation agents. Now with 8x8 VCC we have more efficient call queueing and routing which has allowed us to route VIP clients to the most senior agents and to offer several of our agents the opportunity to work from home, which is a win-win in our book!
