I work remotely from Iowa for my rep office in California. We use 8x8 service so that I can make and receive client phone calls via a California number. The service works great and is easy to use. I'm not sure what we would do without it!

1. Missed call feature. If you don't get to the phone in time to pick up when it's ringing, you can check to see who called you. We never had that before. 2. Clearer sound.
