Absolutely horrific moving company. I had a 600 sqft apartment that was packed before hand and it took them over five hours with four men. Then they refused to finish the job. I'm a new mom with small babies and they left me with work I paid them to do. **DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY** If you're in Charlotte, I can't recommend gentle giant enough. They actually moved me prior and did a fabulous job.

From the moment I booked this something just felt wrong. Customer service was rude and uninformative. They took my deposit before I ever received an email. A 3hr job took almost 6hrs and I had to pay over 1k to move a 1 bedroom apartment to a storage unit across the street. The guys that moved me were very helpful and nice but the manager at the store Chuck should be fired for his lack of empathy and understanding as this move should not have been this expensive. Beware of this company! was told I would get $60.00 off if I booked the day I called. Did not happen. Tried charging me for TV boxes - they were supposed to remove TV's from wall mount - just the TV but they had no tools so they couldn't. But they were going to charge me $20.00 each ( I moved the TV's myself ) Started job about 9:12am and at noon, heard one guy say he hates moving and hes tired. For the Pineville NC area: Manager service zero customer service = zero quality of service = zero storage service = below zero would not recommend, be extremely careful, charges way more than quoted.

Do not use this company! I have made the move from one bedroom apartment to one bedroom apartment every year for the last four years. Sadly, the company I typically use was not available, so I tried All My Sons. I called a few months before hand to get a quote and schedule my move. We were scheduled to move between 8-10 am and around 8:30 we receive a call from a VERY rude employee letting us know that our movers were not coming between 8-10 and that he was not sure when or if they were coming. HIDDEN FEES!!! Literally the worst moving company I have ever used, and I've moved across the country twice and lived in 4 different states. HIDDEN FEES that were not told to me in my original quote. They tell you two days before but that's not enough time to rebook with someone new. Then my moving window was 8-10am but a driver called out sick ? When I first called All My Sons to set up my move, I was given an estimated quote. Now I do understand quotes are estimates and not always 100% accurate, the quote that I was given ended up being double the amount of time and price. I was moving out of a one bedroom apartment down the road one mile into another one bedroom apartment. I was told it was take about 3-4 hours, which the hours matter here since they are paid hourly, instead of for each move as a total. Unless you have a passion for being scammed out of your money, I would chose literally any other method to move your stuff. *This is long but it is worth the read After being quoted $515-$615, I paid a whopping $1,100 to be told by the mover that he "gets payed hourly so they are not in a huge rush" and that he was hungover from the night before. All My Sons Moving messed up our move in every way possible. The movers destroyed our stairwell (there were wheel marks on our wall), ruined furniture and tried to cover it up with packing paper, and we're on their phones most of the time. The company will lie to you just to make a reservation (tell you you don't need to use their packing supplies if you are using your own truck), tell you a great time the movers will come and are just as sweet as pie.
