DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE SHADY AND OVER CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. The employees that move things are wonderful but inexperienced and unequipped the perform the job. They make up charges "because you live in this state there are unlisted extra charges that the law requires you to pay us" like what???? Also, don't they have to disclose that?? His response was "oh we haven't put it on the website yet sorry" even though it's supposedly something that's been required for years??? Also, movers need to use one... read more

I used this moving service and it turned out not to be that good. The guys went over the expected time that I was given and the price was risen by almost $400. The movers talked and played most of the time and could have worked a little harder. I was very thankful for the move. However, the truck wasn't able to pull closer to my door, which added on more frustration to the movers. They also misplaced my glass table. The experience could have been a lot better.

Public Service Announcement DO NOT USE this company. Want to know more read on: Passive Aggressive, liars, wasteful, & unprofessional. They are constantly hiring because Brandon would rather fire the movers instead of fixing the problems. Supposedly Brandon fired the people who bailed on me which didnt resolve my problem or this companies. Your movers have no stamina or endurance. Yes, they are kind and friendly. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable and trusted moving company. From the unprofessionalism, to the hidden fees, lies this was the worst moving experience I have had while living in Charlotte. Thanks Mike and your wonderful team for making a seamless move turn into a nightmare.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give negative stars, I would. I hired All My Sons to move me from a 10x10 storage unit to an apartment .4 miles away. In that distance, they significantly damaged a media console to where it is unusable/cannot be fixed, broke a marble side table, chunks of numerous picture frames were broken off and more. Further, All My Sons packed these items and charged me to do so. Simply unacceptable, especially given the distance. In filing a claim, they offered an insultingly low settlement. I originally spoke to someone who told me there would be additional fee for packaging materials however I could decline the packaging material if I did not need. Come the day of the move the manager Ken tells me that I cannot decline the packaging material and if they don't wrap my belongings then the service could not be provided. Avoid this company like the plague! These reviews are absolutely correct. We were quoted one price, and got charged triple that price. The movers were extremely slow. A 1BR apartment (846 sqft) move took almost 9 hours with 2 movers. Movers seemed very young and inexperienced. Arrived to my residence at 9am and didn't get done until close to 6pm. Mind you I was moving from a 1BR to a 1BR that was only 18 mins away from my old address.

First I will say that the manager and the office people were very helpful! Movers arrived on time and what they moved they did well & no breakage. Everyone was professional. My issue is that after the move (from a locker to an apartment) - I had bins and boxes/some furniture tightly stacked everywhere in a locker, reviewed w/ movers, stayed for a while & left them to finish loading. We got scheduled well, but the movers were unprofessional, made fun of our stuff, threw our boxes up stairs, shattered some glassware, and took a really long break to "go get gas" in between moving locations, which was time we were still billed for. Would not recommend this company.
