I originally spoke to someone who told me there would be additional fee for packaging materials however I could decline the packaging material if I did not need. Come the day of the move the manager Ken tells me that I cannot decline the packaging material and if they don't wrap my belongings then the service could not be provided. Avoid this company like the plague! These reviews are absolutely correct. We were quoted one price, and got charged triple that price. The movers were extremely slow. A 1BR apartment (846 sqft) move took almost 9 hours with 2 movers. Movers seemed very young and inexperienced. Arrived to my residence at 9am and didn't get done until close to 6pm. Mind you I was moving from a 1BR to a 1BR that was only 18 mins away from my old address.

First I will say that the manager and the office people were very helpful! Movers arrived on time and what they moved they did well & no breakage. Everyone was professional. My issue is that after the move (from a locker to an apartment) - I had bins and boxes/some furniture tightly stacked everywhere in a locker, reviewed w/ movers, stayed for a while & left them to finish loading. We got scheduled well, but the movers were unprofessional, made fun of our stuff, threw our boxes up stairs, shattered some glassware, and took a really long break to "go get gas" in between moving locations, which was time we were still billed for. Would not recommend this company.

Damage to several pieces of furniture they packed. My furniture was in excellent condition and had only been moved once, when it was originally purchased. Two of my dining room table legs are scratched, bedroom hutch has a large gouge in the door and won't close properly and the bottom sides have two gouges it looks like it was dropped. The dresser has a bad scratch across the top. Recliner chair leg has a gouge of wood gone. Who know what else will be found as I continue to unpack. Do not use this company. They are terrible. Completely fail to deliver on anything. Shows up late, blocks people in, refuses to move and then charges based on the original time they said they would arrive.

Do NOT use this company. They were very nice up front when discussing my move and were only too happy to take my $150 deposit. I was told that if my move couldn't be completed, my deposit would be refunded. False. The rep I worked with and the manager refuse to take my calls or respond to my messages. Not only were they not able to do the job, they stole my deposit.

We moved with All My Sons on August 8th 2023. We were charged close to double the amount we were quoted by Tommy. Over 1/2 our furniture had damage to the point it was ruined. We estimate we have $25,000.00 worth furniture severally damaged. We filed a claim and 2 months later we still can't find out anything. People that wish not to be legally scammed should stay far far away from these people. Pete Moorefield

I do not recommend using this moving company! The movers broke 2 TVs and have yet to call us back or patch us through to the claims department. They did not bring enough tape or boxes (which we paid for when booking). They also were incredibly close to hitting my neighbor's car when parking. Once parked, it was 10-15 minutes before they got out of their truck to start unloading (adding to the cost). When asked if they were ready to unload, they waited another five before unloading.
