Do NOT use this company. I had three guys show up to move me from Richardson to Frisco and the first 45 minutes they showed up, they smoked cigarettes in the moving van instead of moving any of my belongings. I had to go downstairs and actually say “hey, let’s start guys.” I had to stay on them the whole time for them to move at a normal pace. WORST COMPANY EVER!! I called them two nights before I moved and was so happy to hear they have an availability for our date on such short notice, was quoted $119/hour for 2 men and was told that it was no problem to have the guys show up around 2! Moving day comes I call and talk to the All My Sons “dispatch” person (who later I am told is the owner) and he tells me since we need the guys later in the afternoon it would be best to use one of their 3 men crew but it would increase our rate to $159/hour but the move would get... read more
Stop lying to and deceiving customers. Honestly, it is SHOCKING to me that they're still in business. I had the worst experience working with All My Sons and when expressing frustrations with their manager, Joseph Gonzalez, he wanted to place the blame on everyone else except him. No one that works for this company is properly trained, which is a direct result from poor management. DON'T WALK, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The movers were wonderful but the company are shady owners. I went to the office myself to see why I was charged an ADDITIONAL $400.00. Turns out, they failed to add in all of the other small fees. It's like a boys Locker room- they don't think anyone other than themselves are right. No apology no empathy. BEWARE!!! This company was deceptive, unprofessional, damaged our items and property, and then offered a ridiculously small amount of money for repairs. They gave us a very attractive and affordable quote following an in-home estimate, then sent movers who were unprofessional and took extended time to then damage our home and furniture,. first they are way to slow and charge by the hour second they damaged just about everything in transition and the still have not made it right. there is a total of about 12k in damages and customer service is awful no one even attempted to make it right
Honest quote system- they charged $1150 to move a 1bdrm apartment after they quoted $600 over the phone and via email. Send experienced movers. They sent 3 college kids with ZERO experience and they moved slow. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Absolutely the worst movers I’ve ever hired, they broke my recliner. They also showed up without tools! How do you show up without any tools?!? Do not use these movers under any circumstance!!!! If I could give less than one star I would, which is unfortunate because there was a time when I would have given this company 5 stars. (I had used them years ago and had a completely different experience). We scheduled our move for the first day of the month; because, when moving from one apartment to the other that’s the typical move in day.
