I wish i could give zero. They forced me to take 3 guys last minute when the original quote was 2 guys. They initially quoted me for $165 but because they added a guy it went up to $199/hr. They guys were really slow. It took the 5 hrs to load from my 2 bedroom apartment. They left a lot of stuff, i had to get uhaul and finish everything myself. The trip was about 45 to 50 min. We booked the move a month in advance, paid the deposit for our time slot. Working with them seems to be pretty smooth, until the day of the move. Our time slot for the movers to arrive was 8am- 930 am. When 930 hit, no one showed up. I called All My Sons and they told me the driver was there and they will arrive at my address by 10 am. 30 minutes late, no big deal. Any time I move, I figure there will be some bs to deal with. If I could give minus 1000 stars, that would have been my choice. Do not hire these people. If you do, you do so at your own peril. They are scammers. Please read below. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I wish I read the reviews before hiring this terrible company. They overpromised, over charged, and underdelivered. a. The day of the booking, they charged me $100.00 as a deposit that was going to be applied to the grand total. I asked for EXPERIENCED Movers. This was the first lie. b. I had to called four times to request the quote via email. They sent the quote to the wrong email address. 2nd lie. c. Scam. Quoted approx $600 for 3hrs with 2 guys on the phone. Move from 4th floor (slowish elevator) 42 miles away to a 1st floor. Added 18% fuel charge when I got the email quote. I mistakenly only added 25% "overtime" to my mental quote plus a $20% tip. I'd be packed & labeled. 2 days before the move, Operations Manager (maybe Jeremy or Jeffrey?) called to confirm appt, but somehow they noted that they were only moving 1 bedroom despite discussing both beds, nightstands, etc. when I accepted their quote. Dont do it!!! I worked for them. They stole my money & time. They don't clock the workers hours properly and will pay a worker 200$ after 3-4 weeks of full time work. & they oveeer charge for moving.

The biggest joke of a company. They are filled with fast talking scammers. Read other reviews and give a different company a chance. The quote they gave me said the total move of only TWO COUCHES would cost around $300 and even offered me a $50 coupon. Imagine my surprise when my bill was over $600. Hmmm

"Run away from this company" Do not use this company, the team that works with them is a disaster, they do not care at all. They broke my things in front of me, they didn't take care of anything, I reported it the same day and since then they never answered my calls or emails again. It is important to note that there are surprise charges and additional fees apply according to their convenience after you sign the charges.
